Shoulders are a pain

Just came from the doctor's office. The news is no more cortisone, no more PT, he didn't feel he made me enough progress to continue to see me. He is referring me to an Orthopedic Surgeon. Today he talked about the possibility of surgery. This was the first time he mentioned it. He said that he felt my inflammation was getting worse and he didn't feel that another injection of cortisone would make that big of a difference. He did put me on Celebrex for inflammation, but doesn't feel it will make a huge difference. So he called the lady at work that has to get it all approved and will await her call.

On a better note, the boys are growing like weeds. They want Joey to have a hearing eval and a speech eval (I think both will be done at 4 year old school). Luke's ear looks better. Luke weighs 23 lbs 5 ounces (15th percentile) and his height is 34 1/4 inches (90th percentile). Joey weighs 30 1/2 pounds (about the 2nd percentile) and his height is 41 inches which is has gotten an inch taller since January (40%).

Tomorrow is my birthday and my husband has arranged to get a babysitter tonight and we will be going to see a movie and to dinner. Tomorrow we are going to a science museum in Ft. Walton. I plan on enjoying my day.
