Joey was in the playroom. At 7:40, Kevin went in and found him sound asleep in his chair. I don't know if my boys will ever get on to the time change.
Luke went to sleep in 5 minutes.

What time does Joey usually go to sleep? My boys have been waking up earlier then normal because of the time change but still going to bed between 7:30-8:00.
I think everyone is affected by the time change. I know that I am and even more so in the spring. It takes me at least a week to get back to feeling good.

He is suppose to go to bed at 8pm, but then it takes him a little time to get to sleep. He never just falls asleep.
